Scope: Applies to all SMS/MMS/RCS communications sent by Visions Legacy LLC to Users.

Consent

  • We obtain express written consent before sending marketing messages.
  • Audit-trail stored for at least 4 years.

Opt-Out

  • Every message includes “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
  • Additional keywords supported: END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL.

Help & Support

Content & Frequency

  • Max [X] messages per month.
  • Message example template:
